Ian Painter


Managing Director and Lead Financial Planner

Ian has been practicing as a Financial Planner for nearly 30 years and is one of the most highly qualified people in his field. As well as having overall responsibility for the strategy and direction of the business as a whole, from an advice perspective he specialises in Comprehensive Wealth Management, Investment, Pensions and Estate Planning.

Andrew Beeney

Investment Director and Chartered Wealth Manager

Andrew has worked in financial services for nearly 30 years and for the past 20 years has been assisting Clients in achieving their financial aspirations and goals through detailed financial planning.

Prior to joining Affinity Integrated Wealth Management, Andrew worked for Coutts as a Wealth Manager, looking after a portfolio of High Net Worth Clients, assisting with their wealth management, investment and estate planning needs. Andrew specialises in working with entrepreneurs and helping them sell their businesses and plan for “Life after Exit”.

Andrew regularly presents on his specialist subjects as well as helping to manage our relationships with fellow professionals such as Solicitors, Accountants, Bankers etc.

He is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and has been awarded Chartered Wealth Manager status.

Andrew is also a registered Foster Carer and he and his wife Nicola are presently caring for 3 wonderful children.

Outside of work, Andrew’s interests include Golf, Travel and spending time with the family.

Anita Coomber


Practice Manager and Ian’s Personal Assistant

Anita is responsible for the Client Journey and for the day to day operation of the business. As well as handling Ian’s diary, she deals with all financial, accountancy and personnel functions within the business and leads the administration behind the Client Journey, Planning Meetings and Client Appreciation Events.


Tracey Westley

Retirement Specialist Paraplanner

Tracey’s responsibilities include assisting with the Client Journey, in particular the research and planning around both Pensions and Investments, report preparation, Client liaison, data input and administration. Tracey also deals with the editing and issuance of Planning and Review documentation, Newsletters and Market Commentaries.

Samantha Newman


Samantha works part time for us, dealing with general office functions such as Client liaison, database entry and maintenance, document printing and photocopying. She also assists with the preparation and issuance of Integrated Wealth Management Plans and associated reports such as Pension Checker™ and Affinity Pure™.

Mel Holman

Compliance Officer

Melony has worked in the Financial Services profession for sixteen years and is our compliance officer. Her experience ranges from working in the offices of Royal London in the Industrial Branch department to reviewing complaint cases with the Investors Compensation Scheme (now the Financial Services Compensation Scheme).

Phil Hall

Compliance Consultant

Phil has worked in the Financial Services profession for the last 18 years. Phil started his career as a Sales Agent for Pearl Assurance, before moving on to become a mortgage advisor. Later in Phil’s career he spent 12 years as a Wealth Management Advisor specialising in later life planning. Before joining CATS, Phil worked as a Compliance Consultant, working with a number of small IFA firms.

Phil has attained the Diploma Qualification.

Lisa Redman

Client Services Manager

Lisa has worked in the banking, investment and Financial Planning area for over 23 years with her experience ranging from Client Services Officer at Royal Bank of Scotland to Specialist Wealth Assistant at Coutts Private Bank. Lisa joined the Affinity team in 2018 as Client Services Manager with a remit to enhance all aspects of our interaction with Clients and their journey with us. Having worked with Andy for many years in the past, she feels passionate about going the extra mile and having a meaningful impact on those we touch.

Lisa is a member of The Personal Finance Society “PFS” and has already undertaken a number of professional qualifications. She is also the WoWW implementor for Affinity and carries responsibility for overall Quality measures in the business. She helps pull together all Client Briefing and Client Appreciation Events and acts as a facilitator and coordinator for the AIWM Client Advisory Board.

In her personal life Lisa enjoys spending time with her young family and shopping and has been known to win an award or two for her ballroom dancing skills.
