The Value of Feedback

Growth and improvement are two things which we hold with great importance here at AIWM. As much as we check in yearly with our clients through Progress Meetings to assess what’s changed, what’s going well and not so well, we take the same approach to our own business too.

Continual improvement

Feedback is therefore very valuable to us. As part of our commitment to continual improvement, it is important that we touch base with our Clients every so often and ask them what they think of us and the services we provide, and most importantly, how we may improve such services.

We love hearing all the wonderful ways we have helped our clients to Live Life with Purpose and we’re always learning, building, and shaping the business at every opportunity. Open and honest feedback is what enables us to continue to serve our clients to the very best standard.

Our feedback process

 We currently have two main ways of collecting feedback. The first is via a survey, which collects your constructive comments and ratings on the quality of service we provide. All surveys completed are examined in detail and discussed at board level, with follow up action points implemented as part of our Continued Improvement Process. This is so that you know that your needs and views are being taken seriously, and genuinely influence the way we grow in a very direct manner. The second way of collecting your observations is more informal, via Google reviews. This is typically where our clients leave us thanks and recommend our service to others. It is a useful insight for anyone not working with us yet to get a true feel for how we work and helps us grow our online presence. We may contact you directly to ask if you would be happy to do this for us at some time in the near future.

Feedback really does help our business evolve and as we do, we can demonstrate that we are really listening.

Our aim is to make life easier for our clients and ourselves wherever we can so we can all enjoy Living Life with Purpose.
